It can be difficult to fall into a new normal. As we become more and more accustomed to the necessary changes social distancing has brought upon us, we keep coming back to one question: what do we do with all of this time?

We know how challenging it can be to feel the weight of expectation on your shoulders – to finally write that book, or start a business, or complete one of the millions of other huge lifetime goals you’ve set for yourself. While we are always ones to prioritize self-development, we’re also here to remind you that you don’t have to change the world today – that by staying home you are already committing a vital and impactful act of service to your community and loved ones.

You’re allowed to rest, you’re allowed to sit for hours over a cup of coffee and a book, or catch up on your favourite TV show. You’re allowed to take breaks, and to daydream, and to spend the afternoon connecting with your friends, family, or partner. There is no wrong way to spend your time – the ways you choose to cope with the shift in your routine are valid and necessary. We hope you’re practicing compassion for yourself in this difficult time.

How are you? How have you been spending your days? We encourage you to reach out, we love to hear from you, and the well-being of our community is a top priority for us. We believe so intrinsically in the power of connection, in our ability to understand one another empathetically and wholeheartedly. Our DM’s are open and our free phone consultations are available to book at
